WASHINGTON- Rep. Buck McKeon, Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, will address America’s national security challenges in a speech today at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, CA. The speech will offer a critique of the defense strategic guidance President Obama introduced in January. McKeon will also preview several legislative proposals for the FY13 National Defense Authorization Act.
