WASHINGTON- Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-TX), ranking member of the House Armed Services Committee, made the following statement on the agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates to normalize diplomatic relations:
“This is an important agreement that brings together two of America’s most important regional partners and advances stability in the Middle East, and cooperation on common challenges. I hope it also provides a model that others can follow.”
